The place was recently refurbished, we enjoyed it. Good service, even though a few employees were not so helpful. Its location in Ethels Drive was stunning and great, next to the hiking which was fun, the mountain and landmarks.
The bed was terribly uncomfortable, unfortunately.

This was a really lovely stay with all the activities for the kids. The stuff was very friendly and well-trained, the room was neat. I appreciated appetising food. The setting was beautiful, next to the hiking which was fun, Royal natal park and northern Drakensberg.

All is well-maintained, I had a nice weekend. It has both courteous and exceptional staff. The location of the hotel is amazing, so close to restaurant. It has lots of meals to offer, the food is reasonably priced.

I lovely spend 4 nights in Ethels Drive. The chalet was well-equipped, with kitchenette. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators were a nice touch. The location on the Cascade hike was beautiful and lovely.
